    • The minimum stay is 7 nights.

    • We kindly ask for a 10% deposit in advance. The rest you can pay when you arrive.

    • If your trip to the island is canceled due to the COVID-19 and you are under any circumstances unable to fly, we are not charging any cancellation fees. We just ask you to be nice and let us know ASAP so we can make amends. And of course, your deposit will be refunded to you or we can also change the booking dates.

    • We are flexible with check-in & check-out hours. However, if the property is being occupied the day after, then the check-out time will be 11 am.

    • We can do some grocery shopping for your first day if you are arriving late at night. Just let us know what you need!

    • If you are planning to hire a car, we have deals with local car rentals.

    • We can pick you up at the airport as well! We work with a very good company with very reasonable prices.

    • If you need cleaning during your stay, we can fix it.

    • We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival of our clients.

    • We also offer free cancellation until the day of arrival for any matter related to the pandemic; for example, cancellation of flights or testing positive in a PCR or antigen test.

    • Any other cancellation after the deadline entails the loss of the deposit paid

    • It is mandatory to present official documentation (passports) upon check in/arrival.

    • We will ask for PCR documentation or statement of responsibility towards Covid-19 if required.

    • The property is for use only by the registered guests. If you are planning to receive any visit, please let us know.

    • Respect the neighbors. Don’t make loud noises after 10pm, specially outdoors. And of course, no parties are allowed.

    • Smoking is allowed ONLY outside.

    • Please do not wear shoes inside the house

    If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to terminate our rental contract at any time, without refunding the remaining nights and inviting the guest to leave the property. This is the last thing we want, but we must watch over the property and the neighborhood.

  • These are other tips and things you should know:

    • We change the Jacuzzi’s water after every guest. These 4000 liters of water will be cristal clear when you arrive. Every 3 days we might come and check the bromine and PH levels. Always checking with the guest first.

    • We recommend you to shower before using it to remove sun screen, grease, sand or any others from the body. This will help a lot to keep the water in good condition during your stay.
